Felix Andrew and his wife Robbie opened their first salon in Fort Myers, Florida during October of 1990. Four years later, in 1994, they expanded to nearby Naples, opening a salon on Pine Ridge Road. In 1996, they opened their Bonita Springs location. The final Felix Andrew Salon expansion was in the fall of 2007, to the Coconut Point Mall location.

Felix Andrew Salons have a long history of involvement within the community. Throughout the years the Felix Andrew Team has participated in various local charity events to foster a socially responsible environment.

Every Felix Andrew Salon is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon. This means we not only use environmentally responsible products, but we practice responsible recycling habits as well.

We are committed to making your appointment with us a positive and relaxing experience. Please help us fulfill this commitment by acquainting yourself with our salon policies:

Appointments:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you may check in and relax. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of time and may be asked to reschedule. At Felix Andrew, your services are personally reserved for you. We ask that you notify us no later than 24 hours prior if you should need to reschedule or cancel.

Cell Phone Policy:
We ask guest to refrain from cell phone usage and request that such mobile devices be silenced or turned off when in the salon. For your convenience, should you need to make a phone call, one of our staff members would be happy to escort you to a salon phone where you may place and receive calls.

Children:
We would love to watch your children run and play, but please, not on your appointment day. For the safety of your children and comfort of our guests, we request that children do not accompany you to the salon.

Gratuity Policy:
At Felix Andrew, our staff prides itself in working as a team to insure you receive the ultimate experience. Tipping is never expected, but if you feel it necessary, it is well appreciated. Please use the envelopes provided in our lobby.

Our Guarantee & Return Policy:
All services are nonrefundable. Our team will provide the opportunity for the guest to return to the original stylist or see another stylist at that location to address any issue within a period of seven days from the date the service was performed. To get the best results from all chemical services, we recommend the use of the "Color Conserve Product Line" which is formulated to preserve and protect your color treatment.

Products (with the exception of makeup) can be exchanged for another product, but no cash refunds will be given. All makeup sales are final and gift cards can not be redeemed for cash.
